Once you submit your team’s registration, we will send you a confirmation via email right away. We will then be in touch with you to make sure your tournament reservation is fully setup and answer any questions you may have.

• All Registrations must be confirmed by our office.
• Group Size limit of 20 players – per Training or Workouts
• Early registrations may be made at anytime.
• Invoices are sent via email, with an option to pay online.
• You may also pay in person via check and/or cash.
• Make all checks payable to MiSA – or – Mi Sports Academy.
